I am the training officer for a local fire department just outside of Knoxville. I was not only inspired by the interview with Chief Rausch, I found myself relating. The pride and ownership Chief Rausch has for his department and the law enforcement community the same that I share for emergency services. I would like to know how to get a copy of the complete interview for use in our recruit training academy. Anyone entering the emergency field would benefit seeing the example Chief Raush shows through his successful journey into the leadership role he has obtained. Great story and thanks for your service.
